Kairos Center For Theology & Leadership

In 1990, the leaders of Assemblies of God in Lucknow under the leadership of Rev. Pappy Mathai were led by the Holy Spirit to establish an institution to train Christian workers and Church leaders. Thus ‘Bethel Discipleship Training Centre’ was founded with a handful of students who expressed vision and resolve for Church ministry in North India. This training center successfully functioned for nine years by offering a Diploma level training program. Meanwhile, the need for advanced level academic programs based on the principles of existing programs became apparent. Thus, in 1999 ‘Bethel Discipleship Training Center’ was upgraded into a well-equipped Lucknow Theological College and which subsequently became Kairos Center for Theology and Leadership in 2017.

KCTL now offers undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate degrees in theological studies. The study at KCTL has a unique educational experience with a distinctive blend of classroom studies, ministerial training, and personality development.
